About me!

Hello, my name is Max! I'm an independent creator who loves to draw, write, and create stories and characters! Sometimes I feel like my ideas are a little too ambitious for my skills, but might as well shoot for the stars! I believe in creating entertainment purely for the love of creating, and so none of my work will ever be put behind a paywall. I will tell my stories to whoever wants to hear them!

I am Filipino and Canadian, though I was born in Hawaii in the US (unfortunately...), but I currently live in the great and expensive state of California! As absurdly hot and stuffy as it is here, it is very beautiful. I love cats, Hawaiian food, listening to Summer Salt, and sleeping under really fluffy blankets when it's cold enough. Some of my favorite video games are Splatoon 3 and Stradew Valley, and aside from writing all day, I spend my time hanging out with friends and volunteering at an animal shelter! I'm currently going to trade school to learn welding and plan to move out of the US once I save up enough (I hate it here!!!). Some of my biggest inspirations for my works have been NBC's Hannibal, the I.O.N. object show, Don't Hug Me I'm Scared, and Ranfren (as much as I hate to admit it).

It costs nothing to be a good person, and though I know I have very little reach, if I even make one person's day a bit better I've done my job! I believe in environmental protection and conservation, and I'm very passionate about marine conservation and helping animals especially. You can find donation links to causes I support on my Links page!

Mission Statement

I believe in providing free entertainment, and I want nothing more than to tell my stories to you all. Every single one of my works is a passion project and funds come entirely out of my pocket and from the gracious support of many of my friends who offer their time and skills. None of my content will ever be put behind a paywall. If you happen to want to support me monetarily, I do have a Ko-fi where you can donate as little or as much as you want! Anything is very much appreciated, but absolutely not necessary, and I encourage donating to one of the causes on my Links page instead. You just enjoying my work is more than enough support! Thank you all for the love!
